Description
To design equipment for refrigeration applications based on information supplied by customers
To provide technical assistance to staff and customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide technical advice and information to staff and customers
*Carry out design and equipment selection based in accordance with customer requirements
*Provide Quotations
*Follow up quotations and liaise with branch and field sales teams
*Visit sites to assist with fault diagnosis.
*Carry out product training for staff
*Carry out specific tasks to support the technical activity of the company eg design pc programs

Experience Required
*5 years experience of refrigeration or Air Conditioning products and applications
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Good Computer skills
*Strong numerical skills
*Good communication skills internal & external
*The jobholder should be able to use own initiative to solve problems to meet staff & customer requirements
