Technical Sales Support Engineer

Description
To provide sales support directly to customers in conjunction with external sales engineers by carrying out equipment selections and pricing following review of customer requirements. To provide technical assistance to customers on projects employing this leading chiller manufacturer’s products and services.

Responsibilities include:

Review and analyse customer requirements including specifications and plans,
selection and pricing of equipment, maintenance of customer and quotation records. Working as a team with external sales engineers and project fulfilment team.
Office based, Hampshire/Berkshire area.
Hours 5 hours per week Monday – Friday

Experience Required
Education and/or experience required: Engineering qualification (HNC minimum) preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and a minimum of 3 years experience in the HVAC and contracting industry

Languages: English, any additional languages would be a benefit

Skills: Must be a good communicator with knowledge of MS Word & EXCEL and be able to work to deadlines also attention to detail.

Salary
£28,000 - £35,000 based upon experience + 24 days holiday, contributory pension scheme
