Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to work on Decent Homes, New Build & refurbishment projects.
·To provide realistic net price for projects
·To price all work in line with current market conditions
·To liase with consultants in the tender preparation
·To ensure all subcontract packages are sent out in good time
·To prepare tender settlement sheets and attend tender settlement meetings
·To check all tender document information is available and of a standard suitable for tendering
·To prepare tenders based on estimating procedures

Experience Required
·A comprehensive knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures
·Substantial experience in estimating within the construction industry
·A suitable and recognised qualification in building would be desirable
·Background General Contractor (Regeneration)
