Description
Our client is seeking a Quantity surveyor/Estimator the project is Planned Maintenance & Cyclical Decorations
·To maintain established profit margins and improve wherever possible
·To manage the measurement, valuations, applications for payment and agreement of final accounts
·To price all work in line with current market conditions
·To assist in the preparation and submission of tenders as and when required
·To prepare monthly cost reconciliations for your Divisional Manager and The Board of Directors
·To perform any reasonable duties as requested by your Manager

Experience Required
·Must hold a suitable and recognised qualification in building
·Substantial experience in management and surveying
·Experienced in packages from £10,000 to £2million with cyclical maintenance/refurbishment projects would be desirable
