Clare Harman - Employee of the Month for March 2007

Clare Harman, a Senior Consultant within Reflex's air conditioning and refrigeration division has won employee of the month for her contribution to the business during March 2007.

Clare joined Reflex HR in July 2004 and has played a major part in the success of the company's permanent recruitment desk. Clare has consistantly achieved and exceeded her targets and her achievement is all the more remarkable in as much as she only works 4 days a week. Clare is also expecting her first child in early August.

Reflex's Employee of the Month initiative will culminate in December in an annual Employee of the Year Award when one lucky person will win a 5 Star All-Inclusive holiday to the Caribbean for two.
