Reflex HR and Interactive Manpower Solutions (IMS) – a partnership made in Ahmedabad

Reflex HR have recently signed an agreement with fellow Empresaria group company IMS to outsource their CV and candidate sourcing processes.

Following a successful trial with IMS during which time Reflex assessed the feasibility of IMS’s services, Reflex and IMS have put in place a “partnering” agreement which will see both companies working together through 2006 and 2007.

Following a recent visit to IMS’s head office in Ahmedabad, Reflex’s managing director Simon Lanaway was very upbeat. “IMS have demonstrated to us their ability to supply Reflex and our sister company Dash HR with relevant candidates. We have already made two placements as a result and I am very confident that this is just an example of things to come”.

During his time with IMS, Simon spent time training IMS’s staff in Reflex’s specific markets and also assessing other areas of co-operation. Both companies are confident that there are other opportunities to do this.
